8 Cylinder Stock Class

  • Anything that is factory built stock, full stock body, stock running gear, or a combination of stock components. Must be located in stock location.
  • Body and OEM suspension lifts allowed for tire clearance only.
  • Box must have steel construction, including headboard and floor. Made and removed as one unit. Must have exterior OEM panels or replacement OEM panels.
  • May run open exhaust.
  • ¼ “capped intake manifold vacuum test outlet must be provided.
  • Must have a minimum of 17 inches of vacuum at 1000 RMPs. Vacuum must be checked at each event.
  • Factory OEM aluminum heads may be used in conjunction with factory OEM fuel injection.
  • Shocks must be OEM mounted.
  • No aftermarket add ons except aluminum carburetor intakes, carburetors, fuel pumps, ignition boxes for carbureted engines only and headers.
  • No gutting of interior. The dash may only be removed if the roll cage is closer to the firewall for safety at the discretion of the tech. (17)
  • Glass- All glass and windshield MUST be in place at each event. In the event of a rollover, it must be replaced with glass or Lexan. (17)
  • Outside cosmetics- Can be removed. If they fall off, no need to be replaced. (17)
  • Bumpers- Will allow to be replaced with tube bumpers. Minimum .120 wall DOM tubing or .1875 wall schedule 40 with a minimum size of 1 ½ ID. Must be 2 rows. To outside of body. (17)
  • Street DOT tires, no cut tires.
  • Quick steer is allowed.
  • Must have OEM wheel opening in fenders due to the discretion of the tech guys.
  • No big blocks
  • No bigger than 5.9 L(16)
  • Must run pump fuel.
  • No turbos/ forced inductions
  • No 4/6 cyl engines allowed
